The mission board is where students can find all of the missions that will aid them in their ultimate goal: to create/become a Death Scythe by collecting 99 Kishin Egg souls and 1 Witch soul. There are different level missions for different ranked meisters, that all have their own requirements, The difficulty of the missions depends how many Kishin egg souls you get.

The library is a large room with three floors, each floor signifying a specific rank of students. One rank students may only read books on the first floor, and so on. The library has books on various artifacts and new around DWMA, so most students come here when wanting to know about times of war or attack.

The cafeteria is the place for students when they take a break from their classes to have lunch, and chat with friends.

The classrooms are where the students take all of their classes, each of which are taught by a different teacher. All of the basic subjects of souls and abilities are taught in these classes. Students may opt to skip class if they are not afraid of getting in trouble.

The infirmary is where sick students go to get treated, usually by Nurse Nygus, who works there. However, if there is an unknown epidemic with a student, then Dr. Stein is called in to help.

The school grounds are spacious, welcoming, and open for students to use. There are wide balconies, stone steps and outdoor area, including some forest-y area where students train for lessons and to the side.

From fish shops to coffee cafes, the markets, the Square, Chupa Cabra's, ice cream shops and alleyways, this is as 'in the city' as you can get. Just try not to get lost!

As the name says, the basketball court is probably the most likely place you will find students gathered on weekends when they are not away on missions. Even if you're new to the city, feel free to hop in a game. Its the fastest way to get to know someone!

The building is large, blocky and grey, with the appearance of a house crossed with a hospital building, surrounded by a wall. Like Stein himself, the building is covered in stitch-marks, which covers the walls and even the ground around it. Due to Stein's love of dissecting, even the various animals living in the area are seen covered in stitch-marks. One of the prominent parts of the building is a tower-like part in the shape of an arrow, rather like Medusa's Vector Arrows. A bare tree located within the laboratory grounds also has arrow-tipped branches, and there is an arrow motif above the entrance of the laboratory as well.

Named for its famous (and scary) hooks hanging from the withered trees, this cemetery is often coated over by a fog, no matter the time of day. It's quite unnerving, actually, if you are faint of heart

The coldest, southernmost continent, encompassing the South Pole. It is rather unlikely you'll have many missions here, given its desolate location and unlivable climate

The largest continent in the world - there is really no easy way to sum it up. it has Mountains, Seas, one hundred plus countries, and uncountable cultures. Things have been stirring up here, and more missions will soon be issued in this region.

One of the largest islands out there, Japan is known for its relatively unique culture and diverse array of people and interests. However, like in Asia, things have been stirring up here, and more missions will soon be issued in this region.

North America is the northern continent of the Americas, situated in the Earth's northern hemisphere and in the western hemisphere. It is bordered on the north by the Arctic Ocean, on the east by the Atlantic Ocean, on the southeast by the Caribbean Sea, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. Central & South America lies to the south of the continent. Canada and Greenland are included in this area
